1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Uncorkd mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to use Uncorkd. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not encourage or promote underage drinking.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (check-ins, reviews, photos, comments). By posting content, you grant Uncorkd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Promote underage drinking or alcohol abuse

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Uncorkd may offer paid subscription features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device’s account settings. Refunds are subject to the respective store’s policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Uncorkd name, logo, and all related branding are the property of Uncorkd. The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncorkd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app’s settings. Account deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
